Benefits Client Manager:
At INSight Partners, the Benefits Client Manager serves as a primary service contact for a book of benefits clients, providing exceptional service, guidance, and support throughout the plan year. The primary focus of this role is group benefits, with opportunities to support and develop knowledge in Individual Medical, ACA Marketplace, and Medicare-related business as the Benefits department grows.
The Benefits Client Manager partners closely with Benefits Risk Advisors, carrier partners, and internal teams to manage renewals, enrollment, quoting, claims support, carrier communication, client follow-up, and ongoing benefit administration. As INSight Partners continues to grow its benefits department, this role will also help develop and improve service processes, renewal workflows, client experience, and the overall Benefits service model.
Skills & Strengths:
- Strong benefits and client service experience, with group benefits knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Individual medical and ACA Marketplace experience is valued but not required; individual Medicare or senior-market support experience is also valued but not required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain benefits concepts clearly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel, with the ability to use Excel for census information, client lists, renewal tracking, and basic reporting.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing technology, including benefit administration systems, carrier portals, and online enrollment platforms.
- Collaborative, service-minded, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new areas of benefits and help develop and improve processes within a growing benefits department.

Client Manager:
At INSight, our Client Managers are the cornerstone of our client relationships. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-lasting partnerships with clients, carriers, and vendors. As a Client Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service, strategic insights, and seamless execution of all policy-related tasks.
