Born and raised in Wahoo, Nebraska, Dylan Egr is proud to serve the community that helped shape him. As a Risk Advisor with a heavy focus in Commercial Insurance, he works with businesses in Wahoo, Gretna, and the surrounding areas, helping business owners protect what they've worked so hard to build. Dylan believes that in small-town Nebraska, relationships are everything, and he takes pride in being a trusted resource for his neighbors and fellow business owners.

Dylan began his insurance career in 2022 as an Account Associate, where he built a strong foundation in client service and the insurance industry. In 2024, he transitioned into a Placement Specialist role, gaining valuable experience in commercial insurance sales. He was excited to join the INSight Partners team in April 2026 and is now based out of our local Wahoo office, where he's excited to continue investing in the community he has always called home.

For Dylan, insurance is about more than policies — it's about protecting local businesses, preserving hometown legacies, and building lasting relationships with the people behind them. He enjoys getting to know each client personally and believes the best solutions come from understanding their unique goals and challenges.

Outside of the office, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife, Mallory, and giving back to the community that means so much to him. He serves as President of his church council board, is a member of the Wahoo Planning and Zoning Committee, and is President of the Wahoo High School Alumni Association. Whether he's working with local business owners or volunteering throughout the community, Dylan is committed to helping Wahoo and the surrounding areas continue to grow and thrive.
