The Better Together Initiative

INSight Partners’s tagline, “Better Together,” is more than a line — it reflects how we believe business, community, and relationships should work. We’re stronger when we bring people together, support one another, and use our individual strengths to create something greater than we could on our own.

That’s why we chose Andi Jackson and Bergen Reilly to help launch our brand and bring the Better Together initiative to life. As powerhouse leaders both on and off the court, Andi and Bergen represent the character, work ethic, humility, and Midwest values that are at the heart of who we are. They’ve shown that success isn’t just about individual achievement — it’s about how you lead, how you support those around you, and how you make the people and communities around you better.

Our partnership with Andi and Bergen is about more than volleyball. It’s about building a brand alongside two people who embody what Better Together means to us and helping carry that message forward to the next generation.

Bringing Better Together To Life

Our partnership with Andi and Bergen began at the start of 2026, and from day one, it has been about more than putting our logo alongside two Nebraska volleyball stars. It’s about creating opportunities to connect with the communities we serve and bringing the Better Together message to life in ways people can see, experience, and be a part of.

In May, we spent a day with Andi and Bergen capturing photos and videos before their summer schedules took them in different directions — from beach volleyball to training with the U.S. Women’s National Team in California. The day gave us a chance to capture the personalities, energy, and genuine character behind two of Nebraska’s most recognizable athletes.

In June, we brought that partnership into the community with our first-ever Better Together Bash in Lincoln’s Railyard. Andi and Bergen spent the evening signing merchandise, taking photos, and connecting with friends, fans, and members of the community. It was a chance to celebrate the athletes, the fans who support them, and the shared spirit that makes Nebraska volleyball so special.

And we’re just getting started. Throughout the season, the Better Together initiative will come to life through billboards around town, radio advertisements, digital marketing, and hopefully more opportunities to bring Andi and Bergen together with our communities. But most of all, we’re excited to cheer these two senior Huskers on as they take the court for another season. We’re proud to stand behind them, celebrate what they accomplish on and off the court, and be Better Together every step of the way.
