Mike Miller founded Red One Insurance in 2011 after writing his first policy for a friend—a modest beginning that has since grown into a respected and steadily expanding agency. With prior experience at Farmers Insurance, Mike entered entrepreneurship with a strong foundation in the industry and a clear vision for building a client-focused, trustworthy organization.

From the start, Red One Insurance has been supported by a close-knit and dedicated team, including Mike’s sons, Cole and Luke Miller, and longtime colleague Jo Burke. Their shared commitment to service, integrity, and collaboration has been central to the agency’s continued success.

In January 2026, Mike partnered with INSight Partners and joined the Omaha office, marking an exciting new chapter for Red One Insurance. He was drawn to INSight not only for its strong leadership and stability, but also for the outstanding people he met throughout the process. Mike values the opportunities this partnership creates for his team and clients alike, and he remains deeply invested in their growth and success.
